The shower fluctuated between very hot and very cold, making it unsafe, especially for children.

the air conditioning was a total disaster and made for an awfully hot night. it’s shocking that they thought that was acceptable. and, oh, the staff? almost nonchalant about helping—did I ask for additional towels or just for a miracle? i almost gave a good review but just couldn’t, considering how everything fell short.

Most frustrating was the lack of concern from the front desk staff. they seemed indifferent when I raised my issue. Even when I expressed urgency to switch rooms, I was told that all were booked. The bathtub was also a hazard—extremely high and slippery, it felt unsafe to use, which added to my discomfort during the stay.

Just an excellent fit for a brief retreat in Barcelona with very good value for money. The friendly staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. Be aware that the light switches are a bit tricky to navigate.

The location was convenient, with a metro just around the corner, I easily got to places. Met some friendly locals at the tapas bar across the street, which was a nice surprise.
